A standout at Lebanon Valley College, Cory enters his first season with the Miners. He works at St. Joseph's Center as a personal care technician and at Giant as a service associate. When not hunting, fishing, or scuba diving, Cory can be found studying as he is pursuing his Master's Degree in Clinical Psychology at Marywood University.

Cory's highlights at Lebanon Valley College:

2011: Named All-America by d3football.com (Honorable Mention) and BSN College Network (Third Team) ... d3football.comFirst-Team All-Region ... First-Team All-MAC ... ECAC South-West Bowl Most Outstanding Player after a three-sack game to help beat Saint Vincent ... Led LVC with 108 tackles, including 20.5 for a loss ... Had 11.5 sacks, including a school record 5.5 against King's ... Also had a forced fumble and was credited with a safety ... Named MAC Defensive Player of the Week and to the d3football.com national team of the week after Week 11.

2010: Started all 11 games at defensive end ... Made 80 tackles with 6.5 for a loss and 2.5 sacks ... Had 15 tackles twice, against Gettysburg and Widener ... Also had a 10-tackle game against Moravian.

2009: Started all 11 games at defensive end ... Made 46 tackles, including 25 solo stops, with 3.0 sacks and 10.5 TFL ... Named MAC Defensive Player of the Week and to the d3football.com National Team of the Week after a seven-tackle game at Moravian that included 4.0 TFL, 1.5 sacks, two forced fumbles, and a fumble recovery ... Also batted two passes during the season.

2008: Saw action in one game, against Widener.

Delaware Valley High School/Personal: Team captain … Played in Dream Game … Led track 4x100 relay to sixth place at districts … Also played lacrosse … Son of Lynn and Bob Homer … Pre-med/Biology major.
